Acceptance of Terms

The services that this site provides to you are subject to the following Terms of Use ("TOU"). This site reserves the right to update the TOU at any time without notice to you. Description of Services

However, this site reserves the right to review materials posted to the Communication Services and to remove any materials in its sole discretion. The payment of promotion service can't be refunded.
